"The company overall was great. Called to schedule an estimate which was completed the very same day. Estimate approved, called to schedule repair date, the technician returned to my property again that same day to begin to take my old system apart. New heating system installed within one week. The technician Cavon was very professional.
I appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism this company and the technician demonstrated. I would most certainly use this company again and refer other customers to them."

"I called Heat -n-Air Guys with the issue that my AC unit had stop cooling. Earlier in July I had the same issue which was quickly resolved by them to my great satisfaction. Cavon arrived promptly Monday morning. After testing and researching the unit he determined there was a short somewhere within the system, which means he had to do an elimination process between three options. While going through the process my wife mentioned that a couple of days ago we had our plumber replace the faucet to the outside rear of the house, which is close to the AC unit. Cavon continued with the elimination process and was concerned about one of the readings he was getting. After a thorough inspection and "heads up" observation he noticed that our plumber had burned one of the wires leading from the AC unit while doing the faucet replacement. Cavon quickly removed the damaged wire and was able to replace the connection with new wire..."WOW" what a relief and again, a thorough, diligent, and professional job...Thank you SO MUCH Cavon and Heat-n-Air Guys...Much appreciated!!!"

"I’ve been using Heat -n Air Guys for almost 5 years and they never disappoint. Cavon and his father are true class acts and experts at what they do. Got a furnace and a hot water heater installed 3 years apart. Both installations were neat and perfectly done. Heat n Air Guys is my got io HVAC company and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!"

"I really wish that I could give these guys a 10 rating because they did such an excellence job. On 12/30/2019 I found out that my furnace went out. Heat and Air Guys were recommended by a dear friend. Heat and Air Guys came in envaluated the problem , told me what was needed, cost and time guidelines in which the problem could be solved."
